The Video - The Last Shadow Puppets' "Bad Habits"

After a short hiatus (only 8 years, or so!), the lads in The Last Shadow Puppets are back

Yeah, that's some guy called Alex Turner from Arctic Monkeys and Miles Kane from The Rascals. Plus here, they get no small assistance on the string arrangment front from the great Owen Pallett.

Yap, TLSP have just released a video for "Bad Habits"- the lead single from their impending Everything You've Come to Expect LP.

Everything You've Come to Expect is their follow-up to 2008's fine platter, The Age of the Understatement.

Brennan Carley of Spin magazine wrote that "Bad Habits" has got "a loud, insistent, urgent sound to it, with a prominent string section underscoring the chaos with a sense of unease."

Meanwhile, Stereogum's Peter Helman wrote that the song is "a brash, slitheringly groovy thing with an insistent bassline and some string section flourishes courtesy of maestro Owen Pallett."

The music video for the song was directed by Ben Chappell. It shows the group performing, with short snippets of Turner and Kane recording, socializing and womanizing
Yap, watch Turner and Kane raise hell (kinda!) in the performance clip below.
