Art of the Cover - Miss Shevaughn & Yuma Wray's "We're From Here" (2012)

"We're From Here" cover art

Some nice retro, psych-inspired, artwork adorns  "We're From Here".

The art was created by Miss Shevaughn herself, with design by Daphne Karagianis.

"We're From Here" was the fine debut collection by Miss Shevaughn & Yuma Wray".

There are truly some sweet slices of Americana in here.

Take the work of Gram Parsons with The Flying Burrito Brothers or The Byrds during their “Sweetheart Of The Rodeo” period, and slap Miss Shevaughn’s frighteningly powerful voice on top, and you have  "We're From Here"!

The band's wonderful recent album "Lean Into The Wind" is damn fucking good too!
