Art of the Cover - The Monochrome Set's "Volume, Contrast, Brilliance"

Pop, pop, goes the Cliquot magnum at the reading of the will

Lovely trippy artwork.

This was designed by Thomas W.B. Hardy, also known as guitarist Lester Square.

Yap, it's the mighty Monochrome Set's wonderful Volume, Contrast, Brilliance.

This was a compilation of early singles, B-sides and previously unreleased recordings by the band.

Volume, Contrast, Brilliance was released on the Cherry Red label back in 1983.
