Art of the Cover - Interpol's "Our Love To Admire" (2007)

Very, erm, interesting artwork! Seems Daniel Kessler's a huge taxidermist fan!

Yap, it's  "Our Love To Admire" which was a real return to form by Interpol!

It perhaps doesn't hit the heights of  Turn On The Bright Lights but their third LP is still a fine collection in its own right.

Kessler, spoke to NME about the innovations in the recording process, saying ..
"We had keyboars on from the start which we've never done before. It's like a fifth member. There's a lot more texture and interesting sounds. There's definitely progression and growth.”
Recorded at Electric Lady Studios in Greenwich Village and The Magic Shop Studios in New York City, the album was the group's first to be released on a major label, following the release of their debut and follow-up albums on the independent label Matador Records.

The album was critically acclaimed.
